Valentine’s In Las Vegas 2025
What’s the Valentine’s version of the Grinch? Ngl, it used to be me. Not all of my vdays of the past have been bitter but I either never had a truly decent one or I did really well erasing it from my memory.
This year was different tho. Different enough for me to plan my dream vday weekend & it blossomed better that I could have imagined. He actually chose Vegas as the destination and it was up from there. I found the perfect hotel room, *penthouse to be more specific. I packed decor and went crazy. Heart shaped string lights by the hot tub crazy.
How we got the best rate
As a promohoe, I obsess over finding the best deals. This is not to be confused with being cheap. I have quite exquisite taste and don’t mind paying for quality, but if I can get it at a discount, best believe that’s what I’m gonna do.
I already had an idea where I wanted to stay because I spent a month in Vegas last year and discovered Palms Place. During that trip I stayed in three different rooms and a penthouse was one of them. Instead of getting the same type of unit, I searched for the suite that had a private hot tub on the balcony. On an off season day you can get it for $400-500 a night (which is a steal), but since we were searching vday weekend, the price nearly tripled.
That didn’t deter me because I was determined to stay in my dream penthouse and knew I could find a way. Turned out, the night of the 13th was half the price. Me & my boo planned on staying up all night anyway so booking that night and checking out the next morning still counted as Valentine’s. So that’s what we did, booked the penthouse for one night and made the MOST of it. The rest of our stay was at the OYO to stay within the budget.
If you’re pretty chill and flexible like us, you can experience the best within your means. The OYO had its issues (like a broken elevator & tacking on late check in fee we never asked for nor needed), but it had its perks as well… such as being walkable to the strip and $1 blackjack which was awesome for us amatuers to learn how to play. The room itself wasn’t astounding but the bed was comfy and we barely spent any time in there anyway.
Our Itinerary:
1 —
Palms Place Resort & Casino
Stayed at Palms Place and it’s giving luxury condo energy. Just off the Strip, so you get the Vegas action without the chaos. The suites are HUGE—floor-to-ceiling windows, full kitchen, spa-style bathroom, and unreal views.
The rooftop pool? Chill, elevated, and perfect for sunset swims. Plus, there’s direct access to the Palms Casino means dining and nightlife is always a few steps away.
If you want space, comfort, and a more refined Vegas stay—this is it.
2 —
Marrakech
Dining at Marrakech felt like stepping into another world. From the mesmerizing belly dancers to the indulgent five-course feast, every detail was pure romance. The Valentine’s touches—elegant plating, rich colors, and thoughtful decor—made the experience feel extra special. With candlelit tables, live music, and an intoxicating atmosphere, the entire evening felt transportive, magical, and unapologetically luxurious. A true feast for the senses.
3 —
$1 Blackjack at the OYO
Just steps from the Strip and easy to pop in and out between plans, one of our favorite surprises was the $1 blackjack tables, which turned casual downtime into hours of playful fun without the pressure of high stakes. It felt refreshingly old-school Vegas in the best way. For the second half of our Valentine’s trip that balanced convenience, spontaneity and budget-friendly entertainment, OYO delivered more than expected.
4 —
Bellagio Gardens
Stepping into the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens feels like entering a perfectly curated dream—one where Las Vegas trades neon for nature without sacrificing an ounce of luxury. Beneath the soaring glass ceiling, meticulously sculpted florals, towering installations, and seasonal themes unfold like living couture, redesigned several times a year with theatrical precision. Every petal is intentional, every pathway photogenic, drawing you deeper into an experience that’s both serene and indulgent. The soft fragrance of fresh blooms mingles with the quiet hum of admiration, offering a rare moment of calm amid the Strip’s electric energy. Equal parts art, design, and botanical mastery, the Conservatory is a reminder that Bellagio luxury isn’t just about extravagance—it’s about elegance, imagination and the ability to surprise you every single time.
5 —
The Cosmopolitan
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas brings a modern, fashion-forward edge to the Strip, blending sleek design with an effortlessly cool atmosphere. From its chandelier-lit bars and Michelin-starred dining to balconies overlooking the Bellagio fountains, it redefines Vegas luxury with a bold, contemporary attitude that feels both exclusive and electric.

Blending acrobatics, cutting-edge technology, and a powerful elemental storyline, the show surrounds the audience with movement, sound, and emotion, creating a dreamlike experience that feels both intimate and epic—Vegas theater at its most imaginative.
